Achieva Corps was founded in 2007 by Ian MacDonald and Tony Lillios in Sothern California. Ian had worked in the healthcare staffing industry for several years starting up a new regional office and two clinics. Knowing there was much room for improvement, Ian set off to do it on his own.

We feel that the healthcare staffing industry is about treating people well: both therapists and clients. If therapists and clients are treated well, there’s a better chance that those with speech, occupational and/or physical therapy needs are in turn being treated well.
